My Story
As time passes by so quickly, so do our experiences and adventures. It is hard to believe this year we will celebrate 8 years with this company. I company that has drastically changed our lives and one we are forever grateful for. 8 years ago our life looked very different. We lived penny to penny. We struggled to pay our bills, we struggle to manage our time, we struggled to bring in enough income to live the life we wanted and needed to. Mark worked full time, I worked a million odds and ends jobs as I stayed home with our two babes. After discovering Scentsy, and falling in love with it, I decided to take it on with the other million side jobs I was doing.
I had no idea at the time that is would literally change our lives.
After the first year of doing parties, welcoming friends onto our team and enjoying the side job we began to see the value it really had. The short-term and what could be in the long term. We made friends, we traveled the world, we promoted to the top of the company, we spoke at events and created training, and the change it has made in our life is felt through each member of our family. Today we are a family of 6, my husband recently quit his full-time job to build his own dream, we are in control of our money–not the other way around and when all is said and done we are thankful for the small opportunity that changed our lives.
There is more to life than doing the same thing every day hating the results, always wanting to change them. There is a whole world of possibilities out there! A whole world to travel to and see and experience. With Scentsy we have traveled to Disney World twice, Punta Cana, Whistler, Greece, Cancun, Rivera Maya, and many other incredible places! And what we have learned along the way is you can do more with your money and time if you put your money and time where it can be leveraged the most! Out of all the choices I have made in my life, marking my husband, having our 4 kids and joining Scentsy is on the very top of my list!
